1. A communication device in a communication system, comprising: a set of receive processing circuits configured to receive a control channel signal including information on a demodulation reference signal (DMRS) indicating at least one DMRS port and quasi-alignment information indicating at least one channel status information reference signal (CSI-RS) port, and receiving a data channel signal indicated by a control channel signal based on DMRS information and quasi-alignment information; and an controller configured to control the operation of the set of reception processing circuits, wherein said at least one DMRS port corresponding to DMRS information and said at least one CSI-RS port corresponding to quasi-alignment information are quasi-aligned with respect to at least one from Doppler shift, Doppler expansion, average delay or delay spread. 2. The apparatus of claim 1, wherein the set of receive processing circuits is further configured to receive radio resource control (RRC) signaling indicating CSI-RS information associated with quasi-alignment information values. The apparatus of claim 1, wherein said at least one DMRS port corresponding to the DMRS information is at least one of ports 7-14.4. The device according to claim 1, wherein the at least one DMRS port corresponding to the DMRS information and the at least one CSI-RS port corresponding to the quasi-alignment information are quasi-aligned, means that the global properties for the at least one DMRS port corresponding to the DMRS information can be derived from global
