TECHNICAL FIELD: hitless study of fluid flow it through irradiating a laser pulse and can be used in the field of ecology, limnology and Marine when measured in an aqueous medium of organic substances fluorescence spectra. SUMMARY: An optically connected between a source of laser radiation, gripper, pivoting mirror, windows, optical filter, an optical analyzer associated with the computer, wherein the optical analyzer is arranged on the base polychromator and also includes an electron-optical converter (EOC), the optical image transfer system and monochrome digital CCD camera. Technical result: increase in the number of simultaneously recorded fluorescence spectra excited by a source (laser), from various test subjects near (ambient water) and away from the unit (bottom), which allows to control several types of substances, such as dissolved in water, and lying on day.
