The invention relates to equipment microbiological production, in particular to devices for submerged cultivation of microorganisms, and can be used in microbiological, chemical, pharmaceutical and medical industries. The technical result of the claimed utility model is to increase the degree of saturation of the culture liquid (QL) aerating gas without foaming. A device for aeration of culture liquid (QL) at the submerged cultivation of the microorganisms is disposed in a culture liquid container and comprises an assembly supply and discharge of the aeration gas from the vessel, a horizontal shaft with its rotary drive, on which are arranged and fixed elements partially immersed in the culture fluid and forming on its surface a film culture liquid in the gas phase above the liquid surface, said elements are in the form of a number of flat annular disks of material wets second substrate with a liquid contact angle θ 90 °, coaxially arranged on the shaft with a gap relative to each other and kinematically connected to the shaft, with rotation therewith. The less surface wetting angle drive, the more stable aerated liquid film on the disk surface at a location in the gas phase above the surface of QOL. The annular discs may be formed from perforated plates having holes of 3-5 mm diameter or a wire mesh having an average hole diameter of 3-5 mm. The clearance between the annular discs is 10-20 mm.
