The water-soluble composition for treating helminthiasis in warm blooded animals, including combination with praziquantel pyrantel pamoate, as active principle, hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin (HP-β-CD), sodium bicarbonate, glycerin, and water, wherein the weight fraction of (C) GP-β- CSD is determined by the formula C = 15n + 6n, where the mass fraction of praziquantel n- and n- mass fraction pyrantel pamoate; mass fraction (B) of sodium bicarbonate is determined by the formula B = (0,08-0,19) n, where the mass fraction of n- pyrantel pamoate; the mass fraction of glycerol, regardless of the content of active components amounts to from 12.5 to 25, water - the rest.
