Automated military missions of the control system of the Ministry of Defense of Russian Federation, containing the basic provisions on the creation of the system and the requirements for it, which resolved the question of territorial distribution of subjects and objects of management by transmitting data through open-access network with the introduction of firewalls, the basic elements and connections that subject to automation, as well as to determine the composition of software and providing equipment for the establishment of subscriber stations.
