The novelty of the utility model is to use the second low-pressure chamber, from which air is pumped and where under the influence of vacuum of a dried up material chamber air is sucked through a plurality of capillary tubes, the end of which begins the condensation of water vapor, which flows intensively not due to differences in temperature, but due to differential pressure. It is important to note that during this condensation process takes place with significantly less energy. With condensate collector is removed from the second chamber. Pumped dehumidified air is sent into the chamber with the material to be dried, which minimizes heat loss.
