The invention relates to the art of optical methods for measuring physical-chemical parameters of the material and intended for remote measurement atmosphere temperature. Technical result of utility model is to reduce systematic errors in the determination of the temperature in the "near field" lidar. This result is achieved by eliminating the dependence of the ratio of the focal-ray beam at the output of the receiving optical system of the lidar range location of the scattering volume.
