The invention relates to test equipment and can be used to study the strength and structural deformation during seismic tests of various objects. The test stand includes a base and a platform mounted with clearance and having a cavity in the form of parallel horizontal surfaces in the transverse and longitudinal directions with hemispherical terminations within which spherical elements are arranged. Also it includes connected to platform mechanism for reporting shocks in the form of a disc with the electric drive and lever system. The mechanism for communicating pushes further provided with guides with a vertical axis of rotation and the rods made in the form of bent-identical sinusoids, pivotally mounted on a lever system. The rods are arranged in phase with each other, and the guides are positioned opposite one of the crests or troughs of one of the two rods, respectively, with regard to their displacement.
