A power plant comprising a reciprocating internal combustion engine with a cooling system having a first heat exchanger, a first pump, a first turbine and a first condenser, forming a first heat energy recovery circuit, characterized in that it is equipped with two additional - second and third thermal energy recovery circuits moreover, the first recycling circuit is installed in the coolant circuit, the second and third recycling circuits are installed in the exhaust gas duct (in engine path), while the second utilization circuit has a second heat exchanger, a second pump, a second turbine and a second condenser, and a third utilization circuit having a third heat exchanger, a third pump, a third turbine and a third condenser is installed after the second utilization circuit, in addition, the first and third recycling circuits are placed in a hermetically sealed enclosure to enable it to create reduced pressure in it. 2. The power plant according to claim 1, characterized in that the first and third recycling circuits are loaded on one generator. The power plant according to claim 1, characterized in that the second turbine of the second recycling circuit is loaded with a separate generator.
