Traverse dummy wire fastening device is of reinforced power lines (PL) and is intended for use during the rescue and recovery operations for the repair overhead transmission lines. The object of the claimed device is retrofitted main traverse and recovery efficiency of power transmission line until the complete replacement of the main yoke.
