The invention relates to the field of space technology in the part of small satellites, which can be used for inspection, the astronauts perform manufacturing operations on the external surface of the spacecraft and remote monitoring of the manned space vehicles. The technical result from the use of the proposed device is to increase the reliability of the technical, management and communications at inspection, astronauts performing the technological operations on the outer surface of the spacecraft and remote monitoring of manned space vehicles. The technical result is achieved in that the payload module entered the information processing and control module, and the module is a global navigation satellite system, the module local and inertial navigation, the visible light range cameras, camcorders infrared light range, the modulus of the radar system and the laser scanning unit, information terminals which are connected to the first data input of the information processing unit and the control and power inputs - e to the output module of the system ektropitaniya connected also to the input of the power module and the control information processing, the second information input of which is connected to the second input of the transceiver module.
