FIELD: metallurgy.;SUBSTANCE: claimed process comprises the mechanical surface processing of the steel billet, heating, stack assembly and its rolling. Toothed raised work with the vertex angle of 30-90 degrees is formed at the steel billet surface in crosswise direction to the rolling axis. Thereafter, the billet of aluminium alloy is heated to the temperature equal to 0.65-0.75 of aluminium melting point.
