FIELD: chemistry.;SUBSTANCE: composite polymer packing material based on high pressure polyethylene with starch and silicon dioxide additives is created by method of forge-rolling at temperature 150°C and following pressing at temperature 170°C for 10 minutes, and two fillers are kept in desiccator before addition into polymer and ratio of fillers constitutes: starch 4-6 vol %, aerosil 1 vol %, after which films are placed in field of corona discharge and charged at room temperature for 0.5-2.5 minutes to value of surface potential of 500-1000 V.;EFFECT: invention makes it possible to reach the best electret state stability and can be applied as active biodegradable package with term of electret state storage to 130 days and increased rate of destruction.;1 dwg
