FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to medicine, namely to analysing a complex of organs after gastro-/pancreatoduodenal or distal excision for pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma. To this effect, a method for tumour microscopy providing analysing 95% of tumour mass is presented. That involves detecting a sarcoma-like anaplastic component, cells of which express vitemin. The presence or absence of this component testifies to a patient's life time. What is also presented is an integrated method for morphological analysis of the complex of organs, which provides the following successive steps: a) arranging the complex of organs in accordance with the anatomical structure and marking all the pancreatic surfaces; b) testing ductal patency; c) making peripheral sections of surgical excision; d) macroscopy of the complex of organs and taking the tumour out; e) performing the above tumour microscopy and f) conducting an immune histochemical test to determine a tumour phenotype by conducting an anti-mucin 1, 2, 5AC antibody reaction. To predict the patient's life time, the macro- and microscopy findings and immune histochemical test results are correlated.;EFFECT: inventions enable specifying, arranging and standardising a surgical material analysis technique, as well as obtaining the more informative results, including for the purpose of predicting the patient's life time.;7 cl, 1 tbl, 10 dwg
