FIELD: agriculture.;SUBSTANCE: seed treatment of spring crops is carried out using polymer composition of a mixture of a hydrophobic polymer and polyvinyl alcohol. The seeds are dried to form a film on the surface of each seed. Sowing in open ground is carried out with use of a sowing-machine during the summer-autumn period, but before the onset of the ground freezing.
