FIELD: power engineering.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to reactor and to its components meant for heat treatment of various mixes. Claimed reactor comprises the components that follow. a) Rotary furnace. b) Heating system. c) At least one shelf at reactor wall. Note here that said shelf is parallel with the reactor central axis in the case of horizontal reactor or inclined to said axis in the case of inclined reactor or that not inclined. d) The set of plates identical in shape. e) Means for feed of the mix to be treated to the surface of at least the part of said plates. f) Means for removal of solid particles from the reactor, preferably, by their carry-over with outcoming vapours or via separate outlet, or by combined ways. g) Means to recovery of reaction and direct topping of products. h) Means for removal of gas produced by heat treatment from the reactor zone.
