FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to medicine. An impedance sensor comprises n substrate-based microelectrodes with n making from 4 to 30. For the purpose of measuring, the microelectrodes are grouped by 4, including 2 outer microelectrodes and 2 inner microelectrodes. An impedance measurement device comprises the sensor connected to multi-frequency impedance measurement equipment.
