FIELD: physics.;SUBSTANCE: method of obtaining at least two types of an active substance for a label for counterfeit protection of articles containing diamond microcrystals with active NV-centres, differentiated by the form of double radio-optical resonance, comprises: recording a curve of the form of double radio-optical resonance of diamonds irradiated with a beam of high-energy particles, sufficient to create vacancies in the diamond lattice, with fluence value of 1016 cm-2 to 1020 cm-2, annealed and ground to particle size of 1 nm to 10 mcm, versus said particle size value; dividing said curve into at least two non-overlapping regions corresponding to said types; for each of said types, irradiating the initial diamonds with beam of high-energy particles, with fluence which falls in the corresponding region; annealing and grinding to particles with a size which falls into one of said regions. At least active substance of the label obtained using said method is input (deposited) into (on) an article to be protected for counterfeit protection thereof. Counterfeit protected articles are authenticated by measuring and analysing the shape of the double radio-optical resonance spectrum of the substance of the label deposited on said article, based on which association of the label to one of said types is determined.;EFFECT: wider field of use while improving the degree of counterfeit protection.;3 cl, 3 dwg
