Method is characterised by that in order to increase stability of platinum coating electrolysis process is carried out in anode chamber-chamber electrolysis cell, separated from two cathode chambers anion and cation-exchange membranes, which in anode chamber is maintained constant concentration of free nitric acid 8-12 g/l.;EFFECT: using the presented method allows to prevent accumulation of free nitric acid in an anode, which is necessary to provide stability of platinized niobium anode.;1 cl, 2 tbl, 2 ex
