FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for assessing degree of breakdown of energy metabolism blood lymphocytes in children with community-acquired pneumonia (CAP). For this purpose, flow cytometry is used for accounting of lymphocytes with reduced membrane potential of mitochondria.
