FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine and concerns a method for assessing clinical effectiveness in patients with chronic brucellosis. Disclosed method consists in that in patients with chronic brucellosis in phase of aggravated therapy and on its end is determination of serum level of FNO α, IFN γ, IL 10, is calculated ratio IFN γ /IL 10. When stored after therapeutic course high expression in blood FNO α and IL 10 is 1.5 times higher than in a group of healthy individuals and more; reduced 2 times and more serum level of IFN γ; and reduced in 2.5 times and more as compared with healthy individuals ratio IFN γ /IL 10, treatment is considered to be inadequate.;EFFECT: method enables to determine need for additional therapeutic measures, thereby improving quality of treating patients with chronic brucellosis.;1 cl, 2 tbl, 1 ex
