FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to oncology and gynaecology, and concerns treating ovarian cancer. That is ensured by indole-3-carbinol injection in daily dose of 400 mg and more. Administration of preparation is started for 7-14 days before surgical intervention in extent of hysterectomy with appendages and subtotal resection of greater omentum with additional regional lymphadenectomy of pelvic and para-aortic lymph nodes.
