FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention refers to experimental medicine, oncology, and can be applied in prediction of developing acute renal injury in experimental conditions of thermal ischaemia depending on animals age and sex. As level of cystatin C increases in young males by 1.7 times or in old females by 1.3 times, and/or as level of L-FABP increases in young males by 1.8 times or in old females by 5.8 times, with duration of ischaemia 15 minutes, development of acute renal insufficiency is prognosed. As level of cystatin C increases in young females by 1.2 times or in old males by 1.5 times, and/or as level of L-FABP increases in old males by 1.6 times, with duration of ischaemia 25 minutes, development of acute renal insufficiency is prognosed.;EFFECT: method enables available prediction of developing acute renal insufficiency by assessing levels of cystatin C and L-FABP depending on animals age and sex, and duration of thermal ischaemia.;1 cl, 2 tbl
