FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine and concerns a pharmaceutical microspherical composition containing rotigotine or pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof; at least one polylactide-glycolide (PLGlA) with molecular weight of 5,000-100,000 Da and polymerisation ratio lactide:glycolide 95:5 to 5:95; and at least one fatty acid having 8-24 carbon atoms, where content of rotigotine or pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof is 20-40 %, PLGlA is 45-79 %, and at least one fatty acid is 1-15 wt% relative to total weight of composition.
