FIELD: machine building; transportation.;SUBSTANCE: device for fastening luggage crossbar is mounted on crossbar and on two supports. Crossbar has C-shaped cross-section limiting a seat. Locking mechanism enters seat, having a head and a fastening leg, continuing head outside crossbar in direction perpendicular to longitudinal direction of crossbar, passing through slot. Slot is made in lower longitudinal wall of crossbar and corresponds to C-shaped opening. Locking mechanism comprises push button to stop deployment of system and folding locking system. Push button in locking position moves away from fastening legs, going into hole of corresponding shape. In unlocking position pushbutton approaches fastening leg, exiting from hole. Design of luggage crossbars comprises two luggage crossbars mounted on side edges of vehicle roof using said attachment device. Vehicle comprises described structure of luggage crossbars.
