As a multiplier, device comprises an electromagnetic gear comprising a stator with multiphase winding, as well as first and second rotors rigidly fitted on input and output shafts respectively, winding is arranged in slots of stator inner surface to form poles and is connected to output of a frequency converter, wherein structural factor of reduction gear is equal to: , where z is number of teeth of rotor on input, connected with wind wheel shaft of electromagnetic reduction gear; p is number of pairs of poles of stator of electromagnetic reduction gear 2; (z-p) is number of teeth of second rotor on output shaft of reduction gear, and output value of frequency of converter corresponds to expression ω=Ω2(z-p)-zΩ1, where ω is output frequency of converter; Ω1 is wind wheel rotation speed; Ω2 is output speed of electromagnetic reduction gear, it is same input speed of generator, wherein control input of frequency converter is connected to output of proportional-integral controller, configured to adjust gain and time constant, one of inputs of which is connected to output of generator speed sensor, and other input is connected to generator shaft rotational speed setting device, which is connected with output shaft of reduction gear.;EFFECT: higher transmitted power in steady-state and dynamic modes with improved weight and dimensions.;1 cl, 3 dwg
