METHOD FOR SURGICAL TREATMENT OF FRACTURES OF CLAVICLE

FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to traumatology and orthopaedics and can be applied for surgical treatment of fractures of clavicle. In lower edge of the intramedullary canal through a peripheral collar bone fragment is inserted until it comes out through soft tissues in acromial extremity of clavicle. In upper edge of intramedullary canal through a peripheral fragment, a second pin at an acute angle to first pin is inserted until it also comes out through soft tissues in acromial extremity of clavicle. Pins cut at edge of fracture to form a cutting edge. Repositioning is carried out. Pins are alternately inserted into central fragment to contact with its cortical layer of bone or beyond bone.;EFFECT: method enables to restore anatomy of clavicle, provides stability of osteosynthesis.;1 cl, 4 dwg
