FIELD: chemistry; mining.;SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to inorganic solidified foam to stop leaks from surface in coal production area from shallow depth formation and method of inorganic cured foam material producing. Inorganic cured foam material to stop leaks from surface in coal production area in shallow formation contains wt%: water 40-60, coal ash 100, slaked lime 5, cement 20, bovine horns powder 0.15-0.3, aluminium powder 4, copper oxide 1-3.5, polyphosphoric acid 0.4-1.4, aluminium hydroxide 0.04-0.1, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose 0.8-1.2, steel fibres 3, wherein copper oxide is characterised by size corresponding to screen mesh size equal to 300 mesh. Method of said foam material producing, in which viscous liquid, formed by powder of bovine horns, is able to reduce surface tension of water-containing fluid, uniform distribution of solid particles in suspension and to improve stability of foam. At that, aluminium powder and slaked lime react to form gas, wherein they make system independently generating gas for suspension; copper oxide, polyphosphoric acid and aluminium hydroxide are making inorganic binding system, and hardening time is controlled by selection of ratio of these three components; wherein proposed method comprises following stages: stage 1: 35-55 wt% of water, 100 weight parts of coal ash, 20 wt% of cement, 0.8-1.2 wt% of hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, 3 wt% of steel fibres and 5 wt% of slaked lime are added into special vessel for mixing and stirring with mixer at rate of 5,000±200 rpm for 2 minutes to form suspension based on coal ash; stage 2: 5 wt% of water and 0.15-0.3 wt% of powder from bovine horns are added into special vessel for mixing and stirring with mixer at rate of 10,000±500 rpm for 3 minutes to form viscous liquid; step 3: viscous liquid with powder of bovine horns located in special vessel for mixing B are added to suspension based on coal ash in special mixing container A and stirred in special mixing vessel and mixed with mixer at rate of 12,000±500 rpm for 3 minutes to form mixed solution; step 4: mixture produced of 1-3.5 wt% of copper oxide, 0.4-1.4 wt% of polyphosphoric acid and 0.04-0.1 wt% of aluminium hydroxide are added to mixed solution and stirred with mixer at rate of 5,000±200 rpm for 5 minutes to form mixed binder solution; stage 5: 4 wt% of aluminium powder is added in mixed adhesive solution and stirred with mixer at rate of 12,000±500 rpm for 3 minutes to produce inorganic cured foam material for sealing surface cracks in coal mine.;EFFECT: obtaining foamed material with high ability to penetrate into fractures, good thermal insulation, high compression strength and heat resistance.;2 cl, 2 ex
