FIELD: agriculture.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to method of selecting composition solutions during pre-sowing treatment of grain seeds with stimulators of seeds germination preparations. Identical weights treated with solutions of stimulator preparations of different composition of seeds are placed in closed container filled with sand in amount by 4 times greater than weight of seeds, and added to container equal to weighed portions seeds amount of water, maintained and carbon dioxide concentration is measured in containers with compared seeds.
