FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine. Method of concentration of light is implemented by means of optical spectroscopic device for non-invasive determination of glucose in blood. First outer wall has front and rear ends, inner and outer surfaces, and also contains hole on rear end with diameter of hole. Inner section is confined by inner photoreflective surface of first outer wall, has front and rear ends and truncated-conical shape. Light source is located inside internal section and is made with possibility to illuminate sample located in target zone. Photoreflective sensors are made with possibility to detect light passing from light source and through target zone. Inner section has cross sectional diameter equal to diameter of bore holes, and second cross sectional diameter near front end, which is less than diameter of hole. Perpendicular line divides truncated-conical shape into two equal parts and extends from second cross section diameter to first cross section diameter. Half angle of truncated-conical shape from perpendicular line is less than 45 degrees.;EFFECT: using inventions enables more accurate determination of glucose in blood by optical spectroscopy by increasing total power of light in selected zone.;21 cl, 6 dwg
