FIELD: machine building.;SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to machine building, specifically to rubber-metal composite articles. Method of making rubber-metal composite article involves treating surface of metal material by contacting with a buffer solution and attachment of rubber mixture to metal material subjected to surface treatment. Rubber mixture contains a cobalt compound in an amount in terms of cobalt of 0.0025-0.05 pts.wt per 100 pts.wt rubber component. Rubber-metal composite article is made according to method of making rubber-metal composite article. Tyre comprises rubber-metal composite article. Proposed belt comprises rubber-metal composite article.
