FIELD: technological processes.;SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for producing lamellar nano structures. This invention consists in that method of producing lamellar nano structured materials by controlled freeze drying of liquid dispersion of nano particles or submicron particles is characterised by, that liquid dispersion of nano particles or submicron particles very quickly frozen in closed space to solid state and lyophilized in this form, wherein dispersion medium molecules are removed by sublimation speed determined by speed reduction of boundary of freeze-drying frozen dispersion in range of 10-2 up to 102 mcm/s, if low pressure value is in range of 10 kPa to 1 PA and temperature from -130 to 0 °C to their complete excretion by sublimation, wherein normal vector orientation of predominant boundary surfaces sublimation is adjusted as follows: a) for producing tightly bound lamellar units orientation vector selected from range 0-45° relative to direction of vertically upwards or b) to obtain considerably simpler lamellar units orientation vector selected from range 135-180° relative to direction of vertically upwards.;EFFECT: possibility of obtaining lamellar nano structures with high specific surface area.;3 cl, 3 dwg
