FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: functional structure of preliminary longitudinal displacement and turning devices of electromagnetic medical instrument retainers in toroidal surgical robot system with extension lid, containing linear drives and several consecutive cases of extension elements, made with possibility of relative rotation by means of corresponding drive with reduction gear and in initial state position are located in common housing of robot system, wherein common housing of robotic system has a toroidal shape with inner extension part with spherical cover with possibility of lifting, coaxially to which in its lower part tool table is fixed with possibility of reciprocal turning and with electromagnetic devices for retention of medical instruments, wherein in common housing of robot system several pairs of bent rods are input, which are arranged regularly in circle in lower part of common housing and their lower parts are fixed on a common or individual plate with the possibility of reciprocating turn inside toroidal common body robot system, and upper parts of bent rods are fixed to each other by means of fixed axial rod of preliminary turn with fixed gear on it, which is positionally located inside the first part of the first body of sliding elements and functionally connected with the first drive with gear, which for turning housings of extension elements is secured on one side on one half of first part of first housing of extension elements, where linear drive is also fixed, extending part of which is fixed in coaxial hole which is made in middle part of fixing rod, opposite ends of which are fixed inside two halves of second part of first case of extension elements, wherein coaxial hole is oriented along second part of first case of extension elements, and on one end of fixing rod longitudinal hole with thread is made, where second drive rotor axial rod thread is fixed with reduction gear, case of which is fixed in second case of extension elements.;EFFECT: invention can be used in various medical procedures.;1 cl, 4 dwg
