FIELD: construction.;SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to construction of elevated pipelines. Support consists of a reference table-grid fixed on two stilts through support couplings, with a support movably installed on it, hinged to the support bed. Support bed is dismountably connected to at least one half-yoke and is equipped with a side support plate. On each of the piles at the level of the side support plate of the support bed a damper is installed. Said damper comprises interacting flexible and friction assemblies. Flexible assembly is formed by installed at the ends of at least two rods centred on with a flexible damper. Friction assembly includes friction couplings installed on at least two rods to limit of rod displacement relative to the shell, installed on the pile of the pipeline support. Rods are installed on the shell through the brackets rigidly fixed on it. Between the brackets and rods end sleeve limiters are placed to prevent a contact of the end with the shell.;EFFECT: as a result damping of seismic effect on support pile foundation and pipeline in the preset design modes in horizontal transverse direction is achieved.;9 cl, 3 dwg
