The longitudinal damper device comprises a guide installed between opposing grillage beams transversal with respect to the pipeline axis, a pair of clamps of the guide, connected to the guide and fixed to the housing bottom of the connection joint of the pipeline coil with the grillage. The seismic-resistant fixed pipeline support comprises a grillage fixed to piles, a pipeline coil mounted on the grillage through the connection node of the pipeline coil with the grillage, to the housing bottom of which the longitudinal damper device is fixed. The pipeline coil is mounted on the grillage rotatably with respect to each of the axes of the rotary damper device, in the presence of bending stresses arising in the pipeline support in case of seismic impact or the subsidence of an adjacent mobile support and/or the longitudinal movement along the pipeline axis in the presence of increased longitudinal loads arising in the pipeline support in case of seismic impact.;EFFECT: increasing the effectiveness of damping the seismic impact on the structure.;24 cl, 5 dwg
