FIELD: electroplating.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electroplating and can be used to produce photocatalytic devices. Method involves manufacturing of a part of sintered titanium-aluminium alloy powder with size of granules 1-10 µm, washing of part in ethanol, drying, washing in distilled water, drying at temperature 80-90 °C, formation of nano-porous oxide on part's surface by anodic treatment, wherein anodic treatment is carried out in ethylene glycol with addition of 0.25 % NH4F at room temperature and constant voltage U = 60W and thermally treated in air at temperature 800-820 °C during 30-40 minutes.;EFFECT: technical result is increase of specific surface area and photocatalytic activity of coating.;1 cl, 2 dwg, 1 ex
