The device (10) for supplying gas to an affected environment artificial cell culture comprises at least one petri dish (11) or the like, consisting of a container (12), usually circular, square or rectangular, provided preferably a cover (13) and a bottom (14). The cover (13) is arranged to fit over the top of the container (12) to close. The bottom (14) comprises a semi-permeable membrane (15) which has the characteristic of passing gas and liquid stop. The semipermeable membrane (15) is an exchange interface between the cells of a cell culture and the gas through the membrane. The container (12) contains a biological fluid (16) and the cell culture which is fixed on the inner surface of the semipermeable membrane (15) constituting the bottom of the container (12).
