The present invention relates to a method for producing an injection molded component with an insert consisting of an organic sheet comprising the following steps: providing a non-consolidated continuous organic sheet wound on a roll, drawing off a front portion of the continuous organic sheet from the roll and inserting this section into a heating unit, - heating the section to a temperature above the forming temperature, - introducing the heated section into an open injection mold without separating the heated section from the continuous organic sheet, so that automatically another section of the continuous organic sheet of the roll is pulled and introduced into the heating unit, closing the injection mold and simultaneously separating the heated portion of the continuous organo sheet, producing the injection molded component by reshaping the separated portion and then rewinding or berspritzen of the deformed portion. The invention further relates to a corresponding device and a corresponding injection-molded component.
