The present invention provides a method for determining the dynamic stress of a masonry under industrial vibration effects a pagoda ready. The method comprises the steps of: (1) measuring at a location or calculating the vertical natural frequency fv of the masonry a pagoda and the speed response v0 on the uppermost point of the masonry in a pagoda ice mixer or industrial oscillation or vibration; (2) calculating the propagation speed vm of the equivalent elastic fluctuation, of the masonry a pagoda calculation method according to the invention, as well as laboratory - and in standard experiments; and (3) detecting the maximum dynamic stress εa maximum of the masonry a pagoda on the basis of the speed response v0 on the uppermost point of the masonry a pagoda and the propagation speed vm of the equivalent elastic fluctuation. The process according to the invention provides scientific documents for effective protecting the safety, integrity and stability of the masonry a pagoda.
