Paper-based wet friction material for a vehicle automatic transmission

摘要

A multi-layer wet paper based friction material for a vehicular automatic transmission can improve noise and vibration characteristics, heat resistance, wear resistance, compression resistance and oil absorption. The paper-based wet friction material for a vehicular automatic transmission includes: a first layer which employs pulp as a matrix and includes a first functional additive; a second layer applied to the first layer, employing pulp as a matrix and including a second functional additive; and a hydrogen bonding layer mediating between the first layer and the second layer. The pulp of the first and second layers is cotton linter.
