To secure a security element 200 on or in a security or security document 100 against unauthorized manipulation, a method for producing a bonding agent bond between the security element 200 and a carrier 110 of the security or security document 100 by means of a one-component adhesive 300 is provided. The adhesive 300 is curable with actinic radiation. The security element 200 is adhered to the surface 101 of the carrier 110 by means of the one-component adhesive 300. The one-part adhesive 300 comprises an adhesive composition comprising: (A) at least one oligomeric urethane (meth) acrylate based on a polycarbonate; (B) at least one radiation curing compound; and (C) at least one photoinitiator.
