A heat sink assembly comprising: a heat sink (1), a heat sink rack disposed on the heat sink (1) and having a first sliding portion (200), and a fan rack (3) having a second sliding portion (31) wherein the second sliding portion (31) corresponding to the first sliding portion (200) is configured in sliding cooperation to allow the fan rack to utilize the cooperation between the first sliding portion (200) and the second sliding portion (31) to slide in a predefined direction.
