Parametrization device (200) for the parametrization of with a user interface (116) is equipped with control modules (108) which are intended to be mounted on walls of buildings and an actuator (104) of a building automation system, either manually by a human user as well as to be able to automatically control, wherein the parametrization device comprises:– a module interface (202) for connecting a to be parameterized control module (108) to the parametrization device for the purpose of power supply of the control module and for the exchange of parameterization data etching between the control module and the parametrization device;– a current source (204) for the power supply of the parametriergeräts (200), which for the simultaneous power supply of a connected control module is connected with the module interface;– an electronic control unit (206) for controlling the parametriergeräts and for the exchange of control commands via the module interface connected with a control module; and– one of the electronic control unit managed data memory (208) for storing at least one parameterization data set,wherein the electronic control unit (206) is adapted, for the purpose of parameterization of control modules (108) a parameterization data set of a connected control module in the data memory to be copied and vice versa.
