The device has a container (1) comprising vertical slots and openings, and spades (3) designed in a non-cylindrical manner. Spikes are plugged in foods (4) by a draw-plate that is provided with push rods and a blade support, where the foods are arranged in the container between a loading unit (2) and an upper plate (5). Holes are formed for passage of the push rods and the spades. Grooves (5A) are formed in the upper plate for allowing the passage of blades to perform cutting of foods. The blades are inserted into an inner side of the container by using a control unit.
