The present invention relates to a process for management of the opinion of consumers relative to a transaction between a consumer and a supplier of goods or services, implemented by a remote system and a local system by means of a consumer, a process characterized in that it comprises the following stages: • et1: in the local system, a local central unit produces a certificate of the validation of a transaction between a supplier, and a consumer (et11) and then the means of a local communication transmit the certificate to enable the consumer (and 12), the certificate of validation comprising, in particular, an indication that a transaction has been validated, • et3: the consumer transmits the certificate of validation (et31) and an opinion on the transaction (et32) to the communication means of the remote system, and • et5: in the remote system, a remote central unit verifies the validity of the certificate and validation (51) and then, if the certificate of the validation is valid, the opinion of the consumer in a database of the opinion (et52).
