SOFTWARE TO HELP DESIGN, ORGANIZE AND MANAGE AN EXHIBITION

The invention relates to a software tool for assisting in the design, implementation, management, monitoring, operation and dismantling of cultural or museum exhibitions characterized in that it carries out the synthesis a plurality of documents created in native language by each and every stakeholder and this by means of a search engine able to analyze the documents, to extract data, to prioritize these data and to create from the main signifiers identified on the one hand a specific language dedicated to the exhibition and accessible to all stakeholders and on the other hand a format of deliverables dedicated to the exhibition. This system has a self-learning software core of expert system type used to develop, from the analyzed documents, a language and methodology common to all stakeholders and understandable for each of them.
