The equipment (10) comprises: an electric generator (28) adapted to produce electrical energy, the electric generator (28) having a control shaft (30); a first energy conversion device (22, 32, 34, 36, 38, 40, 42) adapted to convert the kinetic energy of the waves of the sea into mechanical energy of the control shaft (30); and a second energy conversion device (24) adapted to convert the kinetic energy of the wind into mechanical energy of the control shaft (30). The first energy conversion device (22, 32, 34, 36, 38, 40, 42) includes at least one first vane wheel (22) which can be rotated in one direction or the other around the wheel. a first axis of rotation (x) as a result of wave motion in one direction or the other, and a motion transmitting mechanism (32, 34, 36, 38, 40, 42) connecting said at least one first vane wheel (22) to the control shaft (30) and is configured to convert the reciprocating movement of said at least one first vane wheel (22) into a one-way motion of the control shaft (30). The second energy conversion device (24) includes at least one second vane wheel (24) which is rotatable in a given direction about a second axis of rotation (z) under the action of the wind. and is connected to the control shaft (30) for transmitting motion to said shaft.
