This closing knife (1) comprising two plates (20) defining a handle (2) and between which at least one blade (4) is pivotally mounted between an inactive position where it is housed in the handle (closed knife) and an active position where it is out of the handle (open knife), the heel of the blade (4) comprising two zones configured to be in contact with a bearing zone of a locking member (11) when the blade (4) is in each of its positions, the locking member (11) being elongated and movable in translation between two positions where the bearing zone of the member (11) is in contact with one or the other of the contact zones the heel of the blade (4), the holding in position of the locking member (11) being formed by a biasing means (12). The biasing means is formed by at least one elongated lug (12) integrally formed in one (20) of the plates. The tab (12) is connected at one end (120) to said plate (20), the free end (121) of the tab (12) being in constant abutment against an end portion of the locking member (11) .
