The fan (3) comprises a fan disk (8) able to be rotationally driven about a longitudinal axis and provided at the periphery with radial blades (10) each comprising a root (12) slideably engaged in a groove (18) of the disk and, on the outside thereof, a vane (11), platforms (14) surrounding the disk being interposed between the radial blades. Advantageously, the fan additionally comprises shock-absorbing wedges (31) which are arranged tangentially at the exterior periphery (19) of said disk (8) underneath the platforms (14) and between two roots (12) of adjacent radial blades, each wedge (31) being in tangential contact with the two adjacent blades.
