A method for cell labeling of plated eucaryotic cells with magnetic nanoparticles or nanoparticles aggregates with outer shell of polymer layer or layers which comprises: preparing said magnetic nanoparticles and suspending said nanoparticles in culture medium or buffer medium with divalent cations below 3 mM, wherein the nanoparticle concentration is ranged from 10 μg/ml 200 μg/ml, and cells are incubated in said culture or buffer medium with resuspended nanoparticles for 1hour to 48hours at 37°C in an atmosphere with 2 to 10% CO2, wherein said nanoparticles or nanoparticles aggregate comprise of: magnetic core comprising single material or combination of materials Fe304, Fe2O3, MnFe3O4, and CoFe2O4 coated with at least one or several polymer layers, with outer layer comprising polyacrylic acid (PAA), the zeta potential in distilled water of said nanoparticles or nanoparticles aggregates is below -25 mV, and their hydrodynamic radius is between 20nm and 150nm in distilled water.
